In addition, the company is developing antagonists of the parathyroid hormone (PTH) receptor for the treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism and humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy, and other diseases of excess PTH; thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antagonists for the treatment of graves' disease and thyroid eye disease; and SST3 Agonist program for the treatment of polycystic kidney disease, as well as Oral GLP-1 and Oral GIP nonpeptides for the treatment of obesity. The company has an agreement with Sanwa Kagaku Kenkyusho Co., Ltd to develop and commercialize Paltusotine in Japan, and Cellular Longevity, Inc. to develop and commercialize CRN01941, a somatostatin receptor type 2 agonist.
